An additional division of Valleyarm being SEAMS (South East Asia Music Services) based in Singapore has been established to focus on the collection and reporting of music charts for South East Asia. Utilising the chart data, SEAMS make available syndicated radio and video shows as well as the establishment of an Industry directory for South East Asia and the surrounding territories.

SEAMS via Music Services Asia aims to provide a fundamental foundation platform for development, recognition and international standard codes of practice for digital music and music charts across radio and video shows for the South East Asian Region.

SEAMS utilises Singapore as the business hub for these services to ensure sustainable growth from a sound infrastructure that is both pro-business and pro-consumer related.

The reporting of top 30 charts act as a resource library of information well into the future providing international confidence into the region and stimulating employment and business growth from the Music Entertainment sector within the economy.

SEAMS  also bring together an advisory board of industry professionals representative of digital music experts and industry leaders from the South East Asian Region to assist in competitiveness and a transparent decision making process, the monitoring of market trends and developments, an online industry contact directory and the music direction of all things digital for Singapore and South East Asia generally.

From this basic Music Industry Infrastructure we will create an accessible control of the flow of Music Services in South East Asia and open up spin-off revenue generating business entities contained within this plan including Outsourced Digital Music Media Solutions, a Digital Brand Agency, a Franchise approach to Internet and Music Mobile Retail Portals and a Music Content Generator.
